From the outset, a clear lighting concept was established—to eliminate conventional downlights and spotlights entirely, and instead utilise a combination of magnetic track lighting, linear lighting, and LED strips as the primary lighting system, complemented by bespoke decorative lighting elements.

Throughout the interior, a magnetic track lighting system was adopted as the core lighting solution. By varying track layouts and fixture configurations across different areas, we created a dynamic and layered lighting environment that enhances both functionality and spatial definition.

For the outdoor lighting design, we developed a comprehensive scheme based on the architectural façade and landscape requirements. By carefully controlling light and shadow, the design enhances the building’s form and depth at night while creating a comfortable and atmospheric outdoor environment.
