Delivery Lead Times

In Stock Items

To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro within 1-2 working days.

Outside Melbourne between 2 and 5 working days.

Remote locations (including Hobart and Cairns) between 5 and 7 working days.

Overseas via DHL, between 5 and 7 working days.

Backordered Items Notice:

Backordered items may require 12-15 weeks for arrival, plus local delivery time.

Please note that confirming drawings or finishes with the sales department may extend lead times.

Backordered items will arrive by sea shipment, followed by local delivery.

For urgent orders, airfreight is available with additional costs, shortening lead times to 4-5 weeks.

Tracking Your Order

Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email and/or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

Please note that we can inform you once items are dispatched from our warehouse. However, the exact delivery time will depend on the third-party courier. We recommend checking their website for delivery estimates. Please refrain from booking any installations until you have received your items.

Picking up Your Order

Yes, orders can be collected from our Melbourne, Bayswater warehouse by appointment only and, of course, at no additional charge. 

Please note: Wait to receive a text message or email confirming your items are ready for pick-up before heading to our warehouse. Payment and pick-up cannot be processed simultaneously, as we require time to prepare and verify your items.

We do not offer collection from our Prahran Showroom under any circumstances.

Signature on Delivery

All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.

If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.

White-Glove Delivery Service

At Lucretia, we offer more than just standard courier delivery; we provide a premium white-glove delivery service. This service extends beyond mere pick-up and drop-off, ensuring that your items are carefully transported and brought directly into your home or designated site.
