Bespoke Façade Lighting Design for Sydney's Surry Hills Village

Lucretia Lighting was commissioned to develop a bespoke façade lighting design for the completed Surry Hills Village redevelopment in Sydney. Collaborating closely with the architects, we delivered two tailored solutions to enhance the building’s night-time presence.

 

Linear Washers and Custom Spotlights: Surry Hills Façade Illumination

The first employed linear wall washers to softly illuminate the façade and accentuate the structure’s material and rhythm. The second was a customised spotlight system integrated into the window frames—using a single fitting per window to create a consistent and refined glow without disrupting the architecture.

 

Technical Precision & Design Sensitivity in Retrofit Lighting
